I think that if they weren't told, most people wouldn't notice. People are notoriously bad at noticing things, in my experience, so I don't think that it'd be a problem.
I love Nadia and also Nadya. However, Ayden is horribly trendy and far too masculine for a girl. If you like names that mean fire, why not use Azar, Nina, Shula, Pyrrha, or Fiammetta? They all mean fire, and they're all actually girl names.
I really like Azar, actually, and the similar-sounding Azucar.
