Jordana
I want to use this name for a character's daughter and can't believe it's never charted. That makes it so much less realistic! What's wrong with this name? It's versatile and sporty. I rather like it. Do you? What would you do for combos?

I love it too. I am kind of weird in that I also love Jordan for a girl.

I like Jordana! It's on my PNL, actually. I can't believe it's never charted - wouldn't have guessed that. It's pretty and I'd much rather see a girl named Jordana than a girl named Jordan/Jordyn/what have you.Jordana Chloe
Jordana Hazel
Jordana Ivy
Jordana Karen
Jordana Lark
Jordana Mary
Jordana Mercy
Jordana Noelle
Jordana Paige
Jordana Pearl
Jordana Ruth
Jordana Snow
Jordana SpringIt's kind of a tough name to pair. It works better in the middle name spot, imo. But I still like it.

It's a nice name that's growing on me too. Indeed it's kind of odd it didn't get caught into the "Hebrew chic" trend.

Seems like everyone else likes it. I don't. I think it's trying to hard and it's kind of trashy.

I like it, and I agree that it's versatile and sporty. It's a likable name...use it anyway.

Nothing wrong with Jordana at all. It doesn't seem unrealistic to me - weird that it's never charted though. Way the hang better than a feminine Jordan, I'd say.

I think it's pretty. It doesn't make it unrealistic at all. I mean I'm sure there were some Jordanas born in the last couple of years or so. Maybe 30 or 40, they wouldn't show up on the list but there would be some around. Check namenerds.com lists of combined spellings, they have a top 7000 I'm sure it's there.I knew a Jordana but she died when she was young. She had a sister named Caitlin.

I like it. I've met 2 in my lifetime. Like it WAY better than Jordan... esp. on a girl. I don't think it's unrealistic. Just because it's never charted doesn't mean it's not a decent name... just that it's a not-so-common one.

I don't know what's wrong with the people who chose Jordan for a girl over Jordana actually!! I like it.

It wouldn't seem unlikely on a character to me. It seems about as probable as Jordan. Maybe more so. Strange...Let's say Jordana's mom used her own mother's name as the middle name, and almost-like-popular names are typical in their family. Jordana Sherill
Or maybe they were the type to pick a trendy middle name at the time .. Jordana Nicole
I think Nicole sort of takes the edge off any unusualness of Jordana. Although I don't think you need to.By the way, I like it alright - I'd rather be a Jordana than a female Jordan myself.

Nothing. I actually love it, and there is a Princess Jordana (forget which country, but it might be Georgia, I'm not sure).
