It's a decent name. I don't like it enough to use it myself, but I can see why it appeals to people - it's easy to spell, isn't overly popular, and for the most part, it sounds friendly. The downside is that it reminds me of the childish taunt "neener neener."
I think it works as a full name. I pretty much only encounter it as a full name.
Alliteration doesn't necessarily bother me, so it might work with your last name assuming that there aren't too many other repetitive sounds.
Out of your combos, I like Nina Juliette the best. I like Elizabeth, but Juliette has more flavor.
