For interest, here in South Africa one sometimes encounters Elzaan, though not Elzana as yet. It's a blend of Elizabeth and Anne, but it sounds a bit Spanish because of the El and then the Zaan (long AH to show the doctor your tonsils). Like El Cid, somewhat. My guess would be that Elzana is an elaboration of Elzaan (which, unexpectedly, I like. I used to know a nice one.)
