I love Farah; it's on my PNL and I'd use it. The Farrah spelling is fine but I slightly prefer the one R. Farrah Fawcett made the name familiar enough that ethnicity shouldn't be an issue - it'd be different if you were considering Nazli or Rafiqa, for example.
