I was surprised to see August so close to the top, considering I don't feel like I've heard it talked about.
I was surprised to see Ronan was so well-liked. That's one I've fallen in love with in the last 2 weeks and I had no idea others really liked it as well.
I feel like Silas always gets negative responses ("that guy from the DaVinci Code"), and yet it made the top 25?
I also wouldn't have guessed that Cormac, Declan, or Kieran would've made it. Kieran seems especially trendy to me for some reason.
The girls list confirms my suspicions that either I don't like girl's names, or a sure as heck don't like the girl's names that BtNers like! Alice, really? Come on. Iris, Matilda, Margaret, Genevieve, Astrid??.... Ugh. I could go on! Unless I missed it, I was surprised the cursed Gwendolyn and variants didn't make it on. Yeah, I tend to stick with responding to the masculine name name threads.
