It's REE (uhr) dun. The extra syllable in the middle is really slight, so it often comes out sounding like REAR-duhn (anglicization is Reardon). If you want to get technical, you roll the r's since it's Gaelic, but nobody seems to really do that when it's a last name at least.

Thanks, great explanation! this is how I originally thought it was pron. but then I heard it pron ree or den. and I wasn't so sure after that. It's lovely either way regardless
