Millie as a nickname for Emmeline?
What do you think of it? And what do you think of Millie and Emmeline each individually? I wouldn't ever use Millie as a full name (some nicknames as full names don't particularly bother me, but in this case I just wouldn't do it), but if you don't like it as a nickname for Emmeline then what are your opinions of it as a nickname for some other name?

I love Emmeline. It's so beautiful. I think Millie could work as a nickname. It's a little bit of a stretch though, and truly I prefer the nicknames Em or Emmy.

Emmeline nn Millie used to be one of my top names and I still really like it. I think Millie is very sweet and Emmeline is beautiful. These days I probably prefer Millicent to Emmeline though as a full name.

I think it's a great idea. I like Milly way better than Millicent or Midred but I wouldn't use Milly as a given name either. Using Milly as a nick name for Emmeline is a great way to have the best of both worlds!

I think Millie works as a nn for Emmeline. Other options would be Emma, Emmy, Em, and Lina.

I'm not a major fan of Millie in general, but it has grown on me a bit recently. It works as a nickname for Emmeline.

I like both Emmeline and Millie. But I'm not sure that I like Millie as a nn for Emmeline.I know someone named Emilia "Millie" though.

I don't really like Millie (seems bratty to me) but it's a cute enough nn for Emmeline. I love Emmeline, I think it's very feminine and graceful. I probably wouldn't ever use Millie as a nn for anything, but I wouldn't hate to see it on someone else.

You could use Milly as a nn for Emmeline, but personally I don't think they fit. I get two really different vibes from Emmeline and Millie.
Millie would be a better nn for Emilia, Amelia, Camille, Camilla or Millicent.I love Emmeline, it has a whimsical olde world feel to me. It's one of my favourites. Millie I get a cute, sassy vibe. I like Millie and think it's great as a nn for Camille.
Eta: my opinions on each name individually.
