I like it. It's exotic, sultry, and dramatic, but in a subtle way that keeps it from seeming over the top or too "sexy." Although I think of an adult before a child, I can imagine a little girl named Inez, too.

I'd probably go with a 3+ syllable middle name to balance it out. Some of the 2 syllable names sound nice as well, but the ones with 3 or more syllables tend to sound better.
