Gerhard?
WDYT? I have a weird love for it today. I'm pronouncing it the German way. Also, any combo ideas would be appreciated. :-)

I like it. It looks a bit gruffer than Gerard :P
I may come back and think of combos later...

It's ok, but nmsaa. Plus, it would be somewhat un-usable for me personally because the danger of the nn Gery / Gary (both being pronounced the same) because geri is the Jpns. word for diarrhea, so w/ any children I might have playing w/ Jpns. kids a lot, having some random visiting westerner who doesn't know any better accidentally call the kid Gary and in front of his friends would not be a good thing.First things to come to mind to go w/ it were Haruki and Teruki...
Now for some western names...Ian
Olav / Olaf
Methuselah (sorry... that one's a bit GP)
Malachi
Isaiah
Elijah
Tobias
Sebastian
Estevan
Jose
Xavier
Malcolm
Timothy
Theodore
Josiah
Samuel
Raphael
Christopher
