I like Juliet very much and Julia somewhat, but only for mns. I find Julie a very trite nn.
Juliette is fine if it's always pronounced the French way, for instance by a French family or people living in a Francophone area. But as a fansi spelling and pronunced like Juliet, I rate it "failed pretentious".
