Liana?
I'm finding it so hard to come up with a name for our next child (no, I'm not pregnant yet :)). Liana has been on my mind all day (prn Lee-ahna). *Wdyt of the name? *Do you prefer Liana, Liliana, Leah or Lydia?I have a soft spot for 'L' names atm. :)

Liana is lovely but since I know it can be a short form of something else (Juliana, Liliana), I can't get past that, I'm afraid. Overall, I like Liliana best followed by Leah. I like L names too (faves are Louisa, Leila, Liese and Lisette).

I love Liana! I think it's sweet, pretty, can be mature (a lot more mature than Tiana for some reason), and usable yet uncommon.Liana is my favorite of those, then Leah, then Lydia, then Liliana.A few other L names I like are Liora, Lyra, Laurel, Lea, Lina, Linnea, Luna, Lirael, Leia, and Leora.

I love it, but that's a known fact from the previous posts on most L girls names.

I really like Liana. I met a Liana once and it really impressed me. I shouldn't have remembered her name. I wouldn't have, if it had been Leah.
I like Lydia too. I think it's pretty and don't understand why it doesn't get used more.
Not really into Liliana or Leah. Lily seems to me like a fad that is ending, and Liliana goes along with it. Leah is nice, but seems too conservative and safe for my taste.

I kind of like Liana, which is strange since I can't stand Liliana. Liana is soft and pretty but far less frilly. I get the same green vines/flowers imagery as Annie and I like that quite a lot.I also like Lydia. Leah is nice but overplayed where I live.

I think Liana is beautiful. I seem to like the way it sounds more than the way it looks, if that makes any sense at all!Of your choices, I prefer Liana, Liliana (which could work as a full name with Liana as a nn), Lydia, then Leah

Liana is ok/nice... My preferences would be Lydia and then Liliana... Liana's ok... Leah loses on the basis of meaning, but otherwise sounds ok.

I like Liana a lot, but I feel like it would get mispronounced and misheard all the time.My favorite of those four right now is Leah, but it might change to Liliana in five minutes. ;)

It's a tie between Liana and Lydia, for me. Liana is prettier and softer, but Lydia has that great classic charm to it. Both are lovely, in any case. Liana make me think of green vines and pink flowers, and Lydia makes me think of rustic stone cottages and rolling green meadows. I don't really like Leah, and Liliana is nice too but sounds a little too much like Lily-anna and not like its own separate name.
