You have very 70's, 80's and 90's tastes for names. I grew up around so many people with these names. They are all good names. I find Jessica to be a bit boring but I love the nn Jess. Oddly only one of the Jessica's I knew went by Jess, all the others went by Jessica.

Cecilia. Definitely, definitely Cecilia. I like Cecilia Rose, but Cecilia Anne works well too.

I'm SO partial to Cecilia. It's such a beautiful, musical name. So lilting and lovely. Meagan and Jessica are nice names. I prefer Megan to Meagan, though. It's hard to separate them from the popularity, since they've both been SO popular for SO long. I like them about equally, but I'd be more likely to use Megan because it's a bit softer and sweeter.

Go with Cecilia. Jessica's sooo overused, and Meagan is just kinda masculine sounding in my opinion. And Cecilia Kate and Cecilia Brielle are my faves!

In my world, none of these are popular names, at least with young moms or little girls.

Neither. I dislike Jessica because of the -ica part (love Jessie, though). I dislike Megan and Meagan is worse. Cecilia is alright but I dislike the meaning. I guess I'd choose Cecilia and give her a middle name with an awesome meaning.
