Re: Gloria

I think Gloria is due for a resurgence. It's sophisticated and rather glamorous, I think. I am Catholic, and I like it as a religious-inspired name, but I don't think it's necessarily a Catholic-only name. Can't really think of a name I think is Catholic only, but maybe I'm culturally biased.
The only Gloria I've met personally is my grandmother's cousin, whose name is Gloria Mary. I like Gloria Mary quite a bit. Though our Gloria is elderly, I don't think Gloria is an "old people" name. Old-fashioned names seem to be making a bit of a come-back anyway.
Here are some combos:
Gloria Madeleine
Gloria Matilda
Gloria Alexandrine
Gloria Amaryllis
Gloria Violet
Gloria Constance - I know this all words, but I love it
Gloria Catherine
Gloria Genevieve
Gloria Juliet
