I really like Iona!
For me it's rather a girls name and I pronounce it pretty much like "Jonah", but not with a "j" in the beginning but a spoken "e". [e-OH-na]
Ione is nice, too but definitely not as pretty as Iona since it reminds me of the Ionian Sea and iron for some reason.... and names with an -e in the end are rather middle names than first names for me. I pronounce it the way I pronounce Iona, but without an a/e-sound in the end. [e-OWN]
Oona isn't that bad, but quite odd due to the repeating "o" in the beginning. I'd pronounce it like [UW-na] or [OO-na], not exactly sure about the correct expression.
