I can only imagine Harmony as a girls name. Sure, boys names can be soft too, but Harmony is just too soft for a boy in my opinion!
I'm not a fan of this name, because I just don't like those "virtue names".* Isabino - like a cross between Isabel and Sabine....so if this is supposed to be a boys name, it's way too feminine in my opinion-and seems made-up
* Biven - I don't know what to say about this name because again I haven't seen it before.... looks somehow Oriental to me and again not that masculine
* Akove - I wonder how you spell this one!?
* Beke - I think once I even met someone who was bearing this name.... don't particularly like it though...a girls name though for sure
* Bafir - this at least sounds like a name to me....very Oriental
* Babrina - like a misspelled Sabrina :-/
* Arkona - it's ok for a girl
* Amika - like it kind of....has a lovely meaning, too
* Baltana - not too bad, but not really my style
* Colfe - no clue how this is supposed to be pronounced, but it looks weird
* Cilmir - again, looks somehow Oriental to me....don't like it though because it sounds like "kill me"
* Caggon - like "waggon"....really weird
* Cashington - seems VERY made-up
* Vedgar - I had to think of "wedgie" right away
* Velwood - a last name
* Vikko - reminds me of Vicco von Bülow, one of my favorite comedians who just recently passed away.... like it kind of
* Myiea or Meiea - like its sound (although I'm not completely sure about their pronounciation), but they're really hard to spell and somehow they look like some medical term to me, tooWell, most of your names really don't get to me. I kind of like * Biven
* Beke
* Bafir
* Arkona
* Amika
* Vikko
* Myiea/MeieaBut don't misunderstand me: apart from maybe Amika, Vikko and Arkona they all have some kind of blemish to them.

I've never seen Harmony on a male, but actually it doesn't sound too ridiculous as it's not a particularly girly sounding name.All those other names sound silly and/or made up, especially Cashington - that sounds like a stereotypical cartoon aristocrat "Sir Cashington"
