As a fn, from your list I like Camilla Blythe and Camila Rosamund the best. I'd use Millie as a nn. I met a Brigitte Camille once which you could tweak into Camilla Bridget.

Camilla is really pretty. My favourite of your combos is Camilla Winifred. I also really like Camilla June and Camilla Josephine. I'm definitely a nickname person! I'd probably go with Cam for it's an androgynous-ness. I really like boy-ish nickname on girls. Also, with the two combos I proposed, CJ could work.

It's weird, I used to really dislike Camilla and Camille, but for some reason lately I'm not dislike Camille. Can't quite say the same for Camilla, yet, though. But I do quite like Camilla Winifred! It's really pretty. I think Milly seems like the best nn for it. I don't like the sound of Cami at all, though Cam is nice and upbeat.

I think Cam, Callie, Calla, Cami, Milla, etc. would all work. If I could pick one I'd probably go with Calla/Calli, or maybe Cami.

I love Camilla. I would have thought about it myself, if we didn't already have a Milly in the family. Milly seems the most comfortable nn to me, or Milla. The only Camilla I actually know goes by Mill.

Camilla Rose - a little more youthful than Camilla Rosamund, imo
Camilla Violet - I just love Violet as a mn
Camilla Selene - Sort of like Camilla Celeste, but with a different feel, and no visual alliteration.

I kind of like Cami as a nickname, but they're all a little cutesy for me. Maybe Milla?
