1. No, not really; I'm not a fan of Alex- names in general.
2. I would pair it with something more classic.
3. I think of the disorder or a contraction of Alexandria.
4. Alex and Lexi are the only ones that I can think of.

1. I like it. I know one.
2. Alexia Gabrielle, Alexia Martinique, and Alexia Katherine seem to work.
3. It sounds like a fairly popular person, but more mature and unique than something like Lexi or Alexis or Alexa.
3. I don't like it with a nickname-- it's short enough as is! Alexi or Alex, is anything.

1. No, I really don't. I love Alexandra, like Alexa, and I'm okay with Alexandria and Alexis, but "alexia" is a neurological disorder where a person is unable to read. Because of this, Alexia is my least favorite Alex- name.
2. Alexia Kathleen, maybe? Nothing sounds quite right with Alexia to me.
3. The aforementioned neurological disorder.
4. I'd use Alex or Ali/Allie.
