I prefer Isidora. After all, Isidora means "gift of Isis" so the i makes more sense to me. The name itself is nice no matter the spelling.

The dora part bothers me.

I sadThe A is wrong to me. It has sad in it. I think of Isadora as a glam antique spelling, a naming-after Isadora Duncan. Sort of like Edythe. So Isadora is just okay.Isidora, though, is really nice. I think it would end up with a nickname if it were my daughter - Izzy or Dora or Dory. I really like Dory a lot, too.

I never noticed that. And also, Isobel had "I sob" in it... hm.

Love it! I like the sound, look, and meaning. I also like that it's uncommon but still "palatable" by the general populace.

I love it, though I prefer Isidora.

Isadora is alright, but I adore Isidora, which is probably my favorite girl name. I prefer Isidora because it's the original spelling, and I just like the pronunciation of the beginning better.

I like Isadora but lately I've been preferring Isidora over Isadora (I don't pronounce them the same way). I think it's a name I would use in real life but Isidore is my second favorite for a boy so I would probably only use Isadora/Isidora if I knew there were no chances of having a little Isidore.

It was my favorite name years ago. Now I don't even like it anymore. I have no idea what happened. But it seems so empty to me now.

I like it, but not as much as I like Isidore for a boy.
But it would inevitably be shortened to Izzie and she may be one of many Izzies in a class.
