I dislike the Vivienne spelling too, but in my case it's because people (mostly?) don't pronounce it the French way, so using a French spelling seems unnecessary.

Vivian: vih vee' in
Vivien: vih vee' in
Vivienne: vih vee en'

Viv-e-un
Viv-e-en
Viv-e-en

The difference can be pretty slight for me:
VIV-ee-ən
VIV-yen
viv-ee-ENN

I pronounce them all the same.

The difference between the Vivian and Vivienne is subtle enough that I dont think its a huge deal, but it would depend (imo) if the person is French they are used to the correct pronunciation but I think in the US you would probably here either if it was your name because it's harder to get it down for American accents... here is a french proonunciation www.forvo.com/word/vivienne/#fr

This is why I don't like Vivienne too - it looks like it needs to be pronounced viv-YEN. It's pretty, but it's not Vivien.

I think people probably can't hear any difference when I say Vivian and Vivien. But I think I can ... I feel like I'm saying the last syllable a little bit different. I use a slightly longer neutral vowel for the -an. Vivian = Vivvy-un, Vivien = almost like Vivvy-in.

With Vivienne it just depends. I might say it the same way as Vivien / Vivian. Then again I might say it the French way with the stress on the last syllable, especially if it was a mn and it made the whole combination flow better that way. I'm fickle when it comes to Vivienne.

I say them the way you do. VIV-i-an, VIV-i-en, and viv-i-ENNE.
