I love love LOVE it. I've never met anyone named Novalee, I saw it on Where the Heart is. I just think it's pretty.

Novalee sounds a bit too cutesy to me. I automatically think of the movie Where the Heart Is. I really like Nova, though.

It's a common name here, but spellt Novalie. I hate it. It''s way too cute and childish.

Novalee sounds like some kind of dental product to me. I don't like Nova, either. It just sounds so heavy.

Isn't Novalee a character in a Natalie Portman movie? Where the Heart Is, maybe?

It is definitely an interesting name. I don't dislike it but it isn't really my taste.
It seems like either a sci-fi type name or an older small town Southern lady type name.

I like it, but it gets a lot of hate on this board since it's so trendy in Sweden (and made-up). I don't like Nova though. I prefer the spelling Novalie to Novalee - it looks more like one name rather than Nova + Lee, and it reminds me of Novalis :)

I really dislike Novalee. As for Nova i've tried to make myself like it but no luck. I've even read a book where the main character was named Nova and was a very likeable character but i still don't like it i'm afraid
