I love it. I might use it as a nickname for Elspeth or as a full name with Elsie as a nickname. I think it's simple and pretty but a little more unusual than Ellie and Ella which are really common and boring.

Not exciting, but ok. I like Elsie better. Elsa feels like it really needs that Beth at the end of it.
Would Elsa be the full name or just a nn?

Elsa is a beautiful name that works well with just about any age. It's pretty rare where I live, which adds to its appeal for me.

I love Elsa! It's so charming and homespun. I would seriously consider it for my own daughter.
Love it. So sweet, especially with the nn Elsie. Nice and unsual without being too out there or OTT.

:-D
I've loved Elsa and Elsie for decades. Literally. It's been a mystery to me why it hasn't become more popular with the rise of old fashioned names, and names with an "el" sound in them. Elsa is musical, elegant but still friendly, not complicated. I see no down-side to the name. It's a top tenner for me, especially with the nn Elsie.
