I say it Anna-STAY-zha and it reminds me of anesthesia so I don't like it. The Spanish pronunciation is alright (approximated Ah-na-STAH-sha by me). I think it is too long to switch to easily, especially from Leah. I would ask if I could address you as Ana or Stacy (both of which I think are nice). I voted for Elizabeth in your poll.
