I think Zoe is a lovely name, and I like that spelling. I prefer Zoë, but just because I'm into French things, and that is how it is most commonly spelled in France. :)
I do not like any other spelling. Especially Zoie. We have enough 'ie' ending names in my opinion. And despite the J.D. Salinger reference, Zooey doesn't look like it should sound the way it does phonetically.
For me, Zoe or Daphne would be the winners. I just like Zoe's meaning. I like Daphne's story, and the general sound of it.
Out of the two combos you posted I prefer Zoe Annabelle. It sounds more complete to me.
However, I looked at your PNL, and I think these might make good combos:
Zoe Aislin : I love the idea of having names from two different cultures here.
Zoe Miranda
Zoe Winter
Zoe Emmeline
