I prefer the spelling Maia.
I know three "MY uh"s. Maija is 28, Maya is 14 and Maya (guessing on this spelling) is 2 years old.
Maia Wren Luisa flows well. I despise Wren, but that's just personal taste.
I would pronounce Maia as "MY uh".
I dislike the pronounciation May uh.
