Hard one...Melusine I think?Probably just for the mythology behind it though!I pronounce it MEL-oo-zeen.

Mélisande......Melusine is pretty but the whole giant snake lady thing is a tad off-putting. I'd pronounce it meh-lu-SEEN, more or less.

Much prefer Melisande. Melusine should be with a stress on the last syllable and a ü sound.

MelisandeI would forego the é because I think things like that cause complications, and Melisande looks just as good to me. Melisende is also a lovely version.I would pronounce Melusine MEH-loo-seen

Mélisande! In English I'd say MEL-oo-zeen but I kinda prefer the French pronunciation where the last syllable is stressed and the u sound is different.

Mélisande. I pronounce Melusine as mel-yoo-SEEN, but I have no idea if that is right or not.

Both are beautiful, but today, it's Melusine for me. I pronounce it MEL-oo-zeen. I don't care for MEL-yoo-zeen.

Mélisande [m]I say MEL-yoo-zeen, but I'm not a very big fan of the name. Melusine feels thick and syrupy to me, like cough medicine. I love Melisande, though. I think it's an elegant and romantic name with a somewhat dark edge.
