Love...

I much perfer Conrad over Konrad, and I love the name. Meanings are also very important to me, and I would use it in a heartbeat...if it wasn't popular. (I try to stay away from anything in the top 1000.)
I don't like Cord though, or double mn. But Conrad Lucas Trey H. doesn't sound half bad. I don't like combos with the same number of syllables, but Trey helps un-balance it, as I would say.
It certainly doesn't clash with Killian, and therefore it works for me.

I certainly would not call Conrad popular it is in the 700's and therefore okay in my book and right around where Killian is and I have never met another Killian todate!
I stay away from the top 300 its very hard to avoid the top 1000 all together.
I started with double mn so I have to continue to me it simply would not be fair.

No, it's not easy to stay completely off the top 1000, but especially for boys I love so many names it helps narrow it down a little. My brother and I were just one of many in school, and with the various spellings and endings, I was always competing for nicknames in classes. I had one class in junior high with 28 kids total and there was a Krista, Kristen "Kris", Kristina "Kristi", Kristina Rock (everyone always called her by her fn and ln) and then myself, and I just let the teacher call me by my surname since he had my older brother and that's what teacher called him (due to the same problem).
I may over-think the popularity at times, and sometimes I question if I could use a name from (whatever number)-1000 and still not have to put my kid through that.
