HELL-en-uh. I basically pronounce it Helen with an a on the end. I'm from the western/central US, if that makes a difference.

dittoAnd I'm from the Midwest. And I knew a few Helena's when I went to school in England, and they pronounced it the same. I've heard it hell-ay-nah, from native Spanish speakers. Like Elena, with an 'h' at the front.
