No. Siobhan is "shi-VAWN." End of story.
Pronouncing it any other way would be as ridiculous as pronouncing Sean "seen." Don't do it. If you truly don't like the "shi-VAWN" pronunciation, then it's time for another name entirely.

I now, that's my problem, I don't want to pronounce it wrong. Do you have any suggestions for names with the same feeling as see-OB(H)-ahn?
