Birth Announcements
1. As I mentioned a while back, my friends are expecting twins and the date the expectant mother is meant to go into hospital is drawing nearer. As is, they've decided on names. The genders of the babies still aren't known (they eventually decided that they really didn't want to know) so it's going to be a bit of a mystery until they show up. They don't want to tempt fate (my friend has been foolishly scaring herself senseless with all the potential dangers involved with having twins)by announcing the full names yet, but in terms of first names, these are the possibilities.
G/B: Mikhail and Margarita, Mikhail and Zinovia OR Mikhail and Valeria
B/B: Mikhail and Zinoviy, Mikhail and Anton, Mikhail and Yuriy OR Mikhail and Leonid
G/G: Milena or Marina and Zinovia OR Milena or Marina and Valeria
Still lots of choices, but they've narrowed it down. My personal favourites are.
G/B: Mikhail and Margarita. It's cheesy, but I'm a huge Bulgakov fan. If it's a boy, Mikhail is a dead cert so I'm happy about that choice!
B/B: Mikhail and Zinoviy or Mikhail and Yuriy. Mikhail and Anton is probably best for an English environment.
G/G: Milena and Valeria. Zinovia is the prettiest name, but I'm not sure on the combos.
