Delaney is not a name I can condone. :) There's just always been something about it that seems too feminine for a boys name to me - even though I've only heard it once and it was on a guy. Also, it feels nickname-y to me, because of the ee sound at the end. Which I know is ridiculous because tons of full names end with that sound. But that's just the impression I get from this one.

Denali on the other hand is really cool. Personally, I thought of this one for a dog name. It would be pretty sweet on a little girl too, but I don't think I'd ever have the nerve for that. Denali Josephine is adorable.
