India
I'm not a big fan of place names, but India has grown on me. What do you think of it, and what are some good combos you can think of?
Thanks. :)
Thanks. :)

I am not crazy about it. It has such an exoticness to it that I don't think many could pull it off.
I like India. Ever since I read it as a character name in Gone With the Wind, it has a rich, sultry Southern flair to it, which makes it infinitely more interesting than just a place name.
Therefore I like pairing it with what I consider rich, sultry Southern names
India Delilah
India Caroline
India Eulalie
India Tallulah
India Mabel
India Cleo
India Melanie
India Jemima
India Stella (though I like Stella India better)
India Mamie
India Vivienne
India Belle
India Bonnie
India Eugenie
India Camille
India Claudette
India Hetty, India Hattie
I also think something really informal like India Lu or India Em would be kinda neat.

It's okay. Not really my style. Although I don't mind it as a given name, since it seems to have been used for a while now.
India is very pretty, but I haven't really warmed up to the idea of place names entirely.
India is cute but for some reason I can't picture what a child named India would look like. Place names make me think of the place themselves, so naturally I think of what they would look like in comparison to the name.
I think it is pretty. Indy would be a very cute NN too.
