Are they both for girls?I prefer Benjamine but I think practically, Leontine is better. The trouble is that Benjamin is SO common for boys, and Benjamine is so similar that I think people would think it's Benjamin all the time, or maybe just think it's an alternative spelling. Leontine is more obviously female. If they're for boys, then disregard all my comments :)

I love both! I guess if I had to choose it would Leontine, I have a thing for "Leo" names.

Leontine is beautiful. I find it preferable to Benjamine. Benjamine doesn't seem all that feminine to me because it sounds a whole lot like Benjamin.

I love Leontine! It's so gorgeous and glamourous. I love Leontina too. Benjamine is just ok.

Leotine is better to me personally. I like Benjamin, but Benjamine isn't my style.

Benjamine is one of those I want to like for it's feminized awkwardness, but it's too hard. Doesn't help that my son's name is Benjamin, so any varient thereof is obsolete for my mind to ponder now.Leontine is alright, I guess. It's rare I like a Leo name.

Leontine is fine, but adding an e to Benjamin doesn't make it look feminine to me. It still looks like a man's name.

I don't really like Benjamine, but Leontine is fantastic.

It's difficult for me to think of Benjamine being feminine. It took me a while with Benedicte and now I love that one. So I'll have to give Benjamine more time. Leontine is gorgeous. No problem seeing it as feminine at all. It's definitely my favorite of the two.

I like Benjamine I think it's a great name.
I'm not to keen on Leontine. I would pronounce it Lee-on-Teen.So I think Benjamine is better.
