I used to really like Lilia, as well as Liliana, but now both just sound too frilly to my ears for some reason. I adore Lily, Lillian and Julia, though. So if you love Lillian & Julia, I agree that Lilia is a nice mixture, I just don't love it for some reason. :-/

I think Julia is nicest. Lilia does not really seem connected to Julia as there are plenty of names that end in "lia", so I would never guess it was supposed to be honouring a person with the name Julia.

I'd go for Julie or Juliet. Maybe not so original, but at least it would be obvious you are honouring your grandmother.

I prefer Lily or Liliana but there's certainly nothing wrong with Lilia. It's quite pretty.

I love this name too! I like the spelling Lillia with two Ls but since you are honoring your g-ma Julia I would deffinately spell it Lilia! :)
You are so lucky to have a g-ma named Julia, that's my second favorite girls name and unfortunately I may never get to use it! Oh, well.

I love every one of those names. Julia is gorgeous, so close to my favorite name EVER, Juliet, Lilian is great, and Lilia is lovely! Great job!
