A lot of really good ones in your list!
Anna - Lovely, though I prefer Ann or Anne, Anna makes a more solid FN
Beatrix - Prefer Beatrice, but love the idea
Catherine - One of my personal favorites.
Cecily - It's growing on me, very lyrical with a bit of spunk that Cecilia lacks
Delphine - Doesn't do anything for me.
Eloise - Charming. Makes me think of polka-dots and teacups.
Lenore - Dark and poetic
Lydia - I dislike Lydia, but I can't place why.
Marigold - One of the frillier flower names in my opinion, but it doesn't lose any of its charm for it.
Octavia - Posh and powerful. I can see a CEO in a power suit named Octavia.
Rose/Rosemary - Love it! One of my favorites. My favorite nn for Rosemary is Romy.
Arthur - Love the stalwart kingly masculinity of Arthur.
Felix - It's nice, but makes me think of cat clocks and luck potions.
Frederick - Nice, but I don't like short forms Fred or Rick, so I couldn't use it myself.
Gareth - I like this so much better than Garrett. It has such a mellow heroic sound to it.
Henry - Another of my favorites. Classic, and I love the nn Harry.
Leo - Love it as nickname, but not as a full name.
Rupert - Used to dislike it, but actor Rupert Grint has helped me like it more.
Theodore - Another great classic name.
Walter - I wouldn't name my son this, but I like to see it. It looks so nice written down!
Willem - Prefer English William, Willem seems somehow incomplete to me.
