This is intersting. I think Saliva... I don't have that problem with Salvador. Hm.
That it's a h*ll of a lot to live up to.
I don't like it. I'm not really fond of "trix" names (with the exception of Beatrix).
There's also the Italian form Salvatrice. I kind of like that form.

I suppose you could get Sally from it.
I don't know if the Salvatrix form has been used in recent times. Although in southern Italy, the Italian form Salvatrice used to be somewhat common. But now it's rather old-fashioned, kind of like Concetta and Annunziata.

It's actually pretty interesting, but since this name is so foreign and looks like Saliva like Ozma pointed out, it might make a better middle name or a GP. I actually might consider on putting it on my PNL.
Saliva. Or Salvia.
Not my style. Plus it looks like it says saliva...
It belongs in a comic book (The adventures of Asterix). Sorry don't like it on a real person..
