I think Louisa is best.
I think Magnolia and Cecily are too old fashioned and don't go very well with Scarlett and Malcolm. Also I generally dislike Magnolia, because the "gn" in the middle looks and sounds unattractive to me, and I think Cecily sounds too much like "celery". Louisa is really pretty.
