I love Vitalia. It's quite beautiful and much prettier than Vita. I like that it's quite unusual and uncommon without being ridiculous or unheard of.

I think it sounds more like a brand name than a name, sorry. It sounds like maybe a drink or a health product.

I really like it. It's Russian sounding and very beautiful. Reminds me of Natalia, which I also like.

It's rare, but has no stigma attached and the spelling/pronunciation is straightforward, so Vitalia is a pretty objectively ideal name.
I think it sounds very smart and lovely, and it's one of those names which sound like their meaning.

pretty decent. and vita's not a bad nn. nor is lia. or talia. or val. so yeah, pretty good all around.
