It's reasonibly common in Central Michigan, but nowhere near as common as Kyle, Michael, or Joshua. There has been at least two Kyles on the football team since 2007 and with a team of only 22 to 26 players, that means 6 to 9 percent of the teenage male population is named Kyle in my town since there is an even greater number of them not on the team.
