I have a friend named Ninette. She is Russian, and her family calls her Nina. I like the name. I think N names are very pretty.

Pretty, but not my style.

Someone said that they "almost like" this name and I think that's where I am. I adore Nanette and Ninette is nice, but I keep seeing the "nine" jump out at me in the beginning........
OK, I just repeated both names multiple times and decided that I like Ninette as well! What combos would you make with it though??

It's alright. There are very very few -ette names I like. I do kind of like Nanette, and I love Nina, so I guess that's why I can almost like Ninette.

I like it too, it's got a nice crisp little sound to it.

I prefer just Nina, but Ninette Is not so bad. I'm not a huge fan of 'ette' names tbh, Ninette is one I haven't heard much of so that's a plus, I like that it's unique.
