Sandrine
My sister is currently in Paris and is living with a family. The mom in the family is named Sandrine. I think that Sandrine is a nice name.
What do you think of Sandrine?

I like it, but it is a name that had to grow on me. I discovered a French actress/singer whose music I like named Sandrine Kiberlain and the name grew on me.
Yeah, I like it. It's very elegant.
Nice name! I have a niece named that. Appropriately, she lives in France.
It seems to be a "French-in-France" name, haven't heard it in French-speaking Canada.

I like it a lot. I actually first encountered it in "Desiree's Baby," by Kate Chopin, except the character's name was Zandrine.
Sandrine is lovely! It reminds me of a fashionable Parisienne sporting sandals with socks.
I love it, though not the potential nickname Sandy. I think it's feminine, but has strength and grace.
I have only met two Sandrines. One was a girl I lived with who was a horrible person - so that put me off it. The other was a rather colourless French girl who was a Jehovah's Witness and who kept calling to a house I lived in years ago.
I can see its appeal - it is a nice alternative to Sandra but the bad association spoils it for me. I like the Drine sound.

Sandrine is new and different sounding to me but at first glance I thought it said sardine.
I like it. It's a spunky, stylish name.
