Linnea

Love Linnea! One of my very favorites. It's one of the few names that I can never talk myself out of. I ALWAYS think "Beautiful" when I see it or hear it. I would use the nn Lina (LEE nah) with it. I prefer it spelled Linnaea but that's not a deal breaker.
Linnea Joy is my favorite from your list. Happy name all around. Like lemonade on a hot summer day :0)
My combo is Linnaea Tiffany. It makes me think of a rose colored chandelier.

I love Linnea. I really like Kirsten Linnea, even though Kirsten is nms. Both names are fairly uncommon, yet not completely unheard of, making it a nice combo overall. Some more combos for you to ponder are Linnea Evelyn, Linnea Scarlett, Linnea Maeve, Linnea Emmeline, Linnea Jean / Jane, and perhaps Linnea Tamsin. I don't know if you'll like them, but I've finally got the time to delve back into namenerdery, so I'm using everything as an opportunity to make some combos. =P
Do you pronounce it lin-AY-uh or LIN-ee-yah (like linear)?
I say lin-AY-uh and I do quite like it, but I prefer it as a middle name.

lin-AY-uh
I really like it and it was once in my top five for girls. I think I could use it in real life if my other favorites were ruled out.
I don't like it pronounced with an -AY sound though. I much prefer lee-neh-ah (the E sound being pronounced like the E in Eric).
I think Linnea Joy is a really sweet combo.

I used to babysit for a little Linnea, so I've loved it for years. The only down side is that some people only use two syllables, "li-NAY." The beauty (for me) of Linnea is the "-AY-uh" ending. So if I were sure that it would be pronounced "li-NAY-uh" I would be a lot happier endorsing it.
Kirsten Linnea is wonderful. My stock combos are: Sylvie Linnean (or Linnea Sylvie), Bridget Linnea and Linnea Sophie. :-)

I really like it. It sounds antique but fresh and chipper at the same time. Anyway, I also just had a whole lecture about the work of Carolus Linnaeus in my Biology class. So it's been on my mind because of that. It has a lovely meaning too. Of your combos I like Linnea Marie and Linnea Joy the most.
This is on my list to run past DH. Super pretty!
