I like it, but I don't think I'd actually use it. The "U" at the beginning gives it quirkiness and the -lyssa part gives it normalcy. I think it's a good balance. The only thing is that it might be confused with Alyssa, which is still popular.
For me, the meaning of a name for me is moderately important. I'd say about a 5 or 6. The meaning doesn't have to be superb. It could even be something random that is rather mundane. As long as the meaning doesn't bother me, I'd still use the name. If it has a great meaning, that's a bonus.
