I'm almost 19, and we do have some names in common (Declan, Damian) but you're much more flexible on gender, I think. I would never use Dallas as a girls name, but I do happen to like it on a boy. Same with Elliot. River, however, I see as a girls name, and you have it listed her for boys.

I don't think your choices of modern names are bad at all! When I think of bad modern names, I think of Nevaeh, -isha names, and names with overly "creative" spellings.

I like Selena, Piper, Amara, Liv, Dallas, Reid, Mitchell, Damian, and Levi.
