Elina is new to me so she wins out at the moment. And she's benefitting from my preference of Emilia over Amelia. But the bottom line is it's pretty much a coin toss between Elina and Alina.

I was looking for a different vibe from each one. Sometimes that helps me to choose. But they both have a sweet, old fashioned charm for me, slightly exotic. I can't distinguish them by style.

I prefer Elina for both look and sound. I pronounce them differently, but I would guess a lot of people don't differentiate.

I definitely prefer Alina. I feel like Elina is missing something, like it should be Eliana.

I battled these names out in my head once and settled on Elina. Although I love A names, I think E looks better with this name. I like the nn Ellie too.

I think I prefer Elina. I like them both, but Elina is what is most common here and I also have a friend named that.

At first I thought I like Alina more, but the more I look at elina the more I like her. Alina is a little bit cold, a little too perfect. Elina has more personality, a bit more soul.
