I don't like it. To me the word "savvy" connotes the kind of slickness or shrewdness one needs to con others, or to avoid being conned. So it sounds kind of oily and aggressive to me somehow.

I think the name Savannah is nice, though, and if the nick were spelled Savi I think some people could probably pull it off and have it not sound greasy.
