I've got, or I had, two great-grandmothers named Christiana. I'm willing to be fond of it, but not to use it: I prefer it to Christine and Christina, but it might give the wrong impression in an atheist household. Any child of mine who wanted to become a Christian could use it as a baptismal name, of course, or a confirmation name or whatever.
