Oh goodness, I love Oona

It's gorgeous, but it's also a very comforting and gentle name to me. I find solace in it, and yet I find there's something slightly intoxicating about it.
I'm never a good person to come to for the usability question, because I always say a name's usable (provided its spelling and pronunciation are somewhat intuitive to the family's primary language, and it doesn't have a terrible association that everyone thinks of immediately). So, yes, I'd say Oona is usable. Unusual, but she'd get by I think. :) Sometimes, to reaffirm this, I search for the name on Facebook to see how many people with the name are on there. Helps to humanize it, I think.
From your combos, I think the best ones are:
Oona Vivienne (Vivienne emphasizes how striking Oona is)
Oona Colette
Oona Rosalind
Oona Jacqueline
Basically, I like Oona paired with a MN that has a bit of dramatic flair, KWIM?
