Definitely would cringe if I ever saw it on a girl. I don't especially like it (though I don't dislike it, either), but it's certainly a masculine name. Rather than be ruggedly handsome or charmingly geeky as previous posters have mentioned, I see it as somewhere in the middle. Not rugged, but dashing and mischievous, and not geeky, but intelligent.
