Well, I am biased as far as Stellan is concerned as this name is used in Sweden. There is a famous Swedish actor named Stellan Skarsgård. So of course I think this name would age well.
Draven is new to me and I don't like names beginning with DR. Makes me think of dragons, dreadful, drag, drab, droughty, drugs etc.
I think both Lilia and Willow are lovely names but the combination is too L-heavy.
